Marilyn Frobuccino is an award-winning restaurant chef, educator and celebrity personal chef.
Has been recognized and sought after by clients who seek a unique food experience in a venue of their preference.

A native New Yorker, with Italian ancestry, I developed a passion for multicultural food at an early age. This was the platform that influenced my fervor to live abroad and study in the culinary arts.

After graduating the AI Art Institute of New York City and having gained momentum on the New York restaurant scene for three years, I followed a life long dream. I traveled to southern and northern Italy and France to study in the finest kitchens under renowned chef’s. In 1991, I returned to New York City with a boundless enthusiasm and ambition to work beside the innovators of fellow female chefs that defined the culinary revolution.

My achievements include notoriety in regarded national food magazine publications; Gourmet, Food Arts, Bon Appetite, New York Magazine, Cooks Illustrated.

I have been among the honored Chef’s to cook and present sold-out Wine and Food dinners at The James Beard Foundation. I was awarded Three Star and Two Star reviews by the New York Times on separate occasions during my tenure as a Chef.

The evolution of my canvas is created by sourcing the highest sustainable unblemished ingredients, inventive crafting and technique.

I find balance in clean masterly layered flavors with simplicity of presentation.

My cooking style is Modern Ingredient focused, and my creative sensibility speaks out with aggressive-bold identifiable seasoning.

My aspiration is to deliver optimum-health and nutrition while building a menu for a distinctive palate.
